day 2 — release & reset: morning hatha flow, lagoon or cenote excursion, free afternoon, evening yin practice
day 3 — restore & reconnect: morning yoga, lagoon group trip, sunset sound healing, shared dinner
day 4 — integrate & step forward: morning grounding practice, guided breathwork, cold water immersion, journalling, group reflection, celebration dinner at a local restaurant
departure day: gentle closing practice and ceremony, group breakfast, 12pm departure
