About this Retreat

Schedule

Day 1: Welcome Orientation
During the welcome orientation, we’ll emphasize the importance of maintaining a positive mindset. We’ll walk you through the program overview and schedule, ensuring you have a clear understanding of what to expect. Finally, we’ll guide you through a peaceful reflection meditation, setting the stage for a meaningful and transformative experience.

Day 2: Build Awareness
Day 2 begins outdoors with mindfulness exercises and mediation. Slow down your mind from your busy life by walking barefoot slowly on the soft sand around our healing lake. You will ground your energy and your mind to enter a meditative state.

The day is dedicated for you to learn to be present and in the moment. You will learn to develop awareness and get in touch with your inner self. You will gain very simple, energy practices and techniques for your healing, which you can utilize for a lifetime.

Every night, you will finish your day with a set of self-healing practices to take care of your body, mind, and spirit before you go to bed.

Day 3: Heal Emotions
Day 3 begins with morning outdoor mindfulness exercises and meditation. You will reflect on your entire life by meditating in nature. Our beautiful natural setting, which includes all 5 elements, will help you to bring out love, sincerity, patience for yourself and to remember your life story without resistance.

On this day, you will look at your life and contemplate what emotions, thoughts, and habits you hold. Heal your body and mind, open your heart, and let go of your emotional baggage by chakra healing meditation and other meditation techniques. Your relationship with yourself and others will improve as you gain self-love, acceptance, understanding, and forgiveness.

Same as the night before, you will finish your day with a set of self-healing practices to get ready for deep rest.

Day 4: Come Home to Yourself
Day 4 begins with morning outdoor mindfulness exercises and meditation at the Mago Labyrinth.

Through meditation and training on this day, you will finally recover the balance and harmony of body, mind, and spirit. You will feel a sense of purpose, self-value, total health, and overflowing joy from within.

Day 5: Choosing the New You
The final morning’s special outdoor activities and meditations will allow you to feel “nothingness” as you let go of who you are not, and experience complete quietness, tranquility, and deep peace.

Sometimes you need what mago retreat has to offer
Sometimes, it's hard to get back to who you are, we experience things in life emotionally that give the perception of changing us. Mago retreat helped me realize I never changed. I'm still a happy loving person, and my negative experiences in life don't shape or define who I am. It has made such an impact on me I decided to volunteer. I seen the power of Tao and want to learn more so I can help others who might have found themselves in a disposition similar to the one I had. I hope if you have been afflicted by negativity you can find peace. I couldn't find it on my own, thank you Amy and juniper!

Full moon meditation retreat
It was the most beautiful experience. The staff was friendly and the rooms were immaculate.
The food was delicious and had plenty of choices to choose from. The grounds were breath taking as well as the sights of the mountains that surrounded Mago.
The connection I made with mother earth was ABSOLUTELY incredible. The course was very informative I learned more about the chakras and how to move our body to feel more energy. How to create more energy and how to keep the energy.
Although the moon did not show you could still feel its presence. It was powerful with energy and the Love from mother earth was felt all around. Thank you Mago! You will see me again.

Unity Consciousnes
The surrounding mountains with their beauty and the energy of their natural vortices welcome the visitor "home" to the peace and tranquility of Mother Earth. The retreat offers endless places to walk and to meditate. The flowering and fruiting trees, plants, birds and wildlife produce Earths blessings along with the care of attentive humans. The organic garden and the kitchen are splendid. The meals were absolutely delicious, plentiful and suited to every palate and allergy. 5 stars, highly recommended
