Set at a rustic retreat center in Urubamba, surrounded by mountains, gardens, and dedicated ceremonial spaces, participants stay in cozy single or double rooms, each with a private bathroom, and receive light, organic dieta meals specifically designed to support the healing journey.

Directions

Please book a flight to Lima (Jorge Chávez International Airport – LIM). From Lima, you will take a short 1 hour 30 minute domestic flight to Cusco (Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport – CUZ), which is the closest airport to our retreat location.

Allow at least 3–4 hours between your arrival in Lima and your connecting flight to Cusco, as this time is needed to pass through immigration, collect your luggage, and check in for your domestic flight. Lima’s airport can be busy, so this extra time ensures a smooth and stress‑free connection. If necessary, you may stay overnight in Lima at nearby hotels or Airbnb accommodations.

Upon arrival in Cusco, our team will meet the group on the first day of your program for breakfast at the designated meeting point, which will be shared in the Dieta Signal group closer to the event, and then accompany you to the retreat. The drive from Cusco to Urubamba takes about 1 hour, and the route passes through the stunning landscapes of the Sacred Valley.

Participants only need to book their flights to Lima and Cusco, as well as a hotel in Cusco for the night before the retreat. All transportation between Cusco and the retreat is included and organized by our team.
