My path with plant medicine began over eleven years ago, and it has profoundly shaped the way I live, heal, and serve. Along the way, an Ayahuasca ceremony gave me a clear calling to begin holding space for others and to share music as medicine. Since then, I have been devoted to creating ceremonies that invite deep healing, connection, and remembrance.
As a plant medicine guide, herbalist, dancer, musician, and space holder, I weave together ritual, movement, live music, and immersive digital soundscapes to create grounded and transformative experiences. I believe that music has the power to open the heart and gently guide us into deeper relationship with ourselves.
My work is supported by both lived experience and professional training. I completed a Psychedelic Integration training with ICEERS and a Trauma-Informed Plant Medicine Facilitation training with Atira Tan, which continue to inform the way I hold safe, compassionate, and trauma-aware spaces.
My journey has also been enriched through learning with indigenous wisdom keepers in South Africa, including the Khoi and Sangoma lineages, while developing a deep respect for the shamanic traditions of the Amazon and Andes. Today, I bring together these teachings with a lifelong love for plants, music, and community, offering spaces where people can reconnect with their own inner wisdom and innate capacity to heal.

In a safe setting, your system can finally relax.
When your body feels safe, it opens allowing old tension, emotions or unprocessed experiences to rise to the surface. Not forced, but at your pace.
You don’t need to do anything “special.”
You only need to feel what arises.
That is the healing.
The psilocybin acts as a wise mirror.
They show you the patterns that block you, where you hold yourself back, and where your truth is still hidden. Many people experience a moment where everything clicks:
“Oh… this is who I am.”
No words from the outside but insight from within.
From a shamanic perspective, you are not separate from nature you are nature.
During the ceremony, this connection often returns as:
calm, clarity, peace, and the feeling of being held by something larger than your thoughts.
And still, the experience remains grounded:
you stay in your body, here and now.
Many participants report after the ceremony:
More inner calm
Less mental noise
Clearer boundaries
More energy
More softness toward themselves
It feels like you can breathe again.
As if your system has pressed “restart.”
