The Annual Men's Deep Work Retreat
January 15–23, 2027 • Tulum, Mexico
A Curated Gathering for Men Committed to Growth, Authenticity & Brotherhood
Led by Owen Marcus, Dror Ashuah, Dr. Saul Smaili & Rodrigo Negrete

Every man eventually reaches a threshold.

There comes a moment when the strategies that once brought success no longer bring fulfillment.
You may have built a meaningful career.
Raised a family.
Led a business.
Supported everyone around you.
Yet quietly, something inside knows there is another level waiting.
Not another achievement.
A deeper relationship with yourself.
Greater freedom.
Greater presence.
Greater courage.
Greater love.
This retreat was created for that man.
Not the man looking for an escape.
The man ready to meet himself.

More Than a Retreat—An Annual Gathering
Each January, a carefully selected group of men from around the world comes together in the jungles of Tulum for nine days of profound inner work, honest conversation, deep brotherhood, and renewal.
Many return year after year.
Not because they need fixing.
Because they understand that growth is not an event.
It is a lifelong practice.
This is becoming an annual tradition for men who choose to live consciously and lead intentionally—in their relationships, families, businesses, and communities.

This Is for Men Who Want to Go Deeper
Most of the men who attend have already invested in themselves.
They've read the books.
Worked with coaches.
Built successful businesses.
Attended workshops.
Many are respected leaders.
Yet they know something important:
Insight alone doesn't create transformation.
As Owen Marcus reflected after last year's retreat:

"These men had done the work. They understood their patterns. But understanding wasn't translating into the change they needed."

What happens here is different.
Transformation moves from the mind into the body.
Into the nervous system.
Into your relationships.
Into your daily life.
As Owen shared just weeks later:

"Every man reported the same thing: long-standing struggles had dissolved. Some things simply left their lives. Others remained, but their relationship to them had transformed completely."

That is the work.

The Power of Brotherhood
Modern men are surrounded by people.
Yet many have few places where they can be completely honest.
No masks.
No competition.
No performing.
Just truth.
When one man has the courage to speak honestly, every man becomes freer.
This retreat creates the kind of brotherhood that many men have been searching for their entire lives.
One built on authenticity rather than image.
Support rather than advice.
Presence rather than fixing.
Many participants tell us the relationships formed here become one of the most meaningful gifts they take home.

What You'll Experience
Every element of the retreat has been intentionally designed to support lasting transformation.
Throughout the week, you'll experience a thoughtful blend of:

Men's circles rooted in radical honesty
Somatic and embodied emotional practices
Meditation and breathwork
Yoga and mindful movement
Nature immersion
Traditional Temazcal (Mayan sweat lodge)
Guided integration
Time for silence and reflection
Exceptional chef-prepared vegetarian meals
Music, celebration, and deep rest

There is a challenge.
There is beauty.
There is laughter.
There is profound stillness.
Everything serves one purpose:
Helping you return home more fully yourself.

A Sanctuary Designed for Transformation
Our home is Project Inlakech (V-Hives), an intimate eco-retreat hidden within the tropical jungle of Tulum.
Here, nature slows you down.
The jungle becomes your companion.
The stars become your ceiling.
The rhythm of life softens.
Everything about the environment supports the work.
As participant Eric Abrams shared:

"Beautiful property. Beautiful staff. Beautiful experience. Pure magic. And Dror is the secret sauce. This loving, generous, soulful force is crafting the flow of the week with intention while flowing with the group. Inlakech is unique, and it's pure beautiful magic."

Who This Gathering Is For
This gathering is designed for men who are ready to:

Live with greater authenticity
Become better partners, fathers, and leaders
Develop emotional resilience
Navigate change consciously
Release limiting patterns
Deepen their spiritual life
Experience genuine brotherhood
Continue the lifelong journey of becoming

No previous retreat experience is required.
Only openness.
Humility.
Curiosity.
And the willingness to tell the truth.

By Application Only
Because the quality of the group shapes the depth of the experience, participation is by application and personal conversation.
This is not about exclusivity.
It is about intentionality.
We carefully curate each group to create the trust, safety, and cohesion that allow extraordinary work to unfold.

Owen's Invitation

"We all reach a place in life where change will either happen to us or we seek it out.

When we choose the experience that catalyzes it—even when it's uncomfortable—we get to shape where that change leads.

You may never feel fully ready.

If your life is calling for this, take a deep breath and go for it.

The return will exceed your expectations."

Join the Circle
Every January.
A small group of remarkable men.
Nine days.
One unforgettable journey.
If you feel something stirring as you read these words, trust it.
Perhaps this isn't simply another retreat.
Perhaps it's the beginning of one of the most important annual traditions of your life.
