About this Retreat

Dawn: Life Re-Imagined is an intimate 8-day journey into the jungle near Tulum, created for those who feel ready to meet themselves more deeply.
Away from the noise and familiar rhythms of everyday life, we enter a carefully held space of nature, ceremony, movement, reflection, connection, and profound inner exploration. Together, we gently uncover what is asking to be seen, release what no longer needs to be carried, and make room for greater clarity, freedom, tenderness, and aliveness.
Dawn is not about becoming someone new. It is an invitation to return to what is already true within you—to listen more deeply, soften old patterns, reconnect with the body and heart, and allow the natural healing intelligence within us to unfold.
Held at Project Inlakech in the jungle of Tulum, the retreat is open to women and men 24 years and older, with a small group of no more than 18 participants.
Eight days to step away. To listen. To release. To remember. And perhaps, to begin again.

Example of a Daily Rhythm
7:30 AM — Gentle yoga, movement, and morning grounding
8:30 AM — Fresh juice, tea, and light breakfast
9:30 AM — Sharing circle, guided reflection, or group process
11:00 AM — Jungle, cenote, Mayan clay, temazcal, or another experiential practice
1:30 PM — Nourishing vegetarian lunch
3:00 PM — Rest, journaling, private conversations, or personal time
5:00 PM — Sound, meditation, integration, or heart-centered gathering
7:00 PM — Dinner together

The rhythm changes from day to day. Some days are spacious and restorative; others invite deeper inner exploration. We intentionally leave room for rest, integration, and what naturally wants to unfold.
