About this Retreat
Gong Master since 2017 trained with Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntyre, Matteo has a passion for meditation in the Tibetan tradition of Chogyam Trungpa. He has trained extensively in meditation with Reggie Ray and Dharma Ocean, participating and leading several retreats based on cultivating somatic practices and inner stillness. He is also knowledgeable about permaculture, regenerative agricolture, and human rights. He and his team will be more than happy to share their approach to land and water management, homesteading and climate adaptation.
Details of this retreat
Small-scale nature retreat and glamping experience rooted in slowness, presence, and seasonal rhythm.
Cross the threshold.
This Early Summer & Solstice Retreat takes place at the turning point of the year, when light is at its fullest and energy naturally expands. The retreat is designed as a moment to pause, gather, and consciously mark the transition into summer. Through daily grounding practices, time in nature, shared meals, and guided sound journeys, we create a contained and supportive space to release what is no longer needed and realign with what wants to grow. The rhythm is gentle but intentional, balancing structure with spaciousness.
Arrive, recalibrate, and begin the new cycle with clarity and grounded presence.
Cross the threshold.
