About this Retreat
Gong Master since 2017 trained with Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntyre, Matteo has a passion for meditation in the Tibetan tradition of Chogyam Trungpa. He has trained extensively in meditation with Reggie Ray and Dharma Ocean, participating and leading several retreats based on cultivating somatic practices and inner stillness. He is also knowledgeable about permaculture, regenerative agricolture, and human rights. He and his team will be more than happy to share their approach to land and water management, homesteading and climate adaptation.
Details of this retreat
Small-scale nature retreat and glamping experience rooted in slowness, presence, and seasonal rhythm.
Cross the threshold.
Carrying the Light is a retreat focused on integration and continuity. Set in early September, it invites participants to reconnect with what has been gathered over the summer and to consciously carry it forward into the months ahead. The retreat balances structure and spaciousness, offering sound journeys, grounding practices, time in nature, and shared meals. Rather than seeking change or intensity, the emphasis is on stability — learning how to hold clarity, presence, and subtle insights in everyday life.
Arrive, recalibrate, and begin the new cycle with clarity and grounded presence.
