Our work together begins with three preparatory sessions (which can be conducted via Zoom) designed to get to know you, conduct a medical screening, explore your intentions, and to practice nervous system regulation techniques. These sessions are a space to connect, reflect, and set the stage for a safe and meaningful journey.
During the guided psilocybin session, you will have your dedicated facilitator by your side for the full six to eight hours, providing compassionate support and guidance as you navigate your inner landscape. We will start the day going back to your intention, grounding ourselves and going over the last practicalities. Then the journey, where you will be encouraged to go within and stay as much introspective as possible. As the effect of the psilocybin wears off, there is room for creative forms of integration. Arts materials are supplied. We will end the day with a healthy meal and we will make sure you are safe to go back to your accommodation.
We recommend you to keep the rest of the day and at least one day after the experience free to fully be with yourself, allowing the insights and experiences to gently unfold. If you prefer, a supportive friend or partner may accompany you to offer additional comfort and presence.
The two integration sessions will take place in the days and weeks to follow and can be held on location, or online.
