About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Unplug and reawaken: a two-day sanctuary to release screens, breathe deeply in nature, and restore clear thinking and inner calm. Refreshed, aligned, and truly present — your pause for deep reconnection awaits.

Core Promise

Step away from digital distractions to think more clearly, breathe more deeply, and feel profoundly calm in just two days, fostering reconnection with nature’s rhythm and your own presence.

Nature-Centered Focus

This retreat emphasizes pausing within natural surroundings and aligns with Grace Denker’s broader offerings such as forest bathing and mindful experiences that prioritize presence over constant motion.

A Transformative Pause

Ideal for busy individuals seeking clarity, creativity, and emotional reset, similar to team retreats that use nature as a catalyst for reflection and realignment.

This Digital Detox Retreat is your secret ingredient for deep clarity and calm — a thoughtfully designed two-day immersion in nature that replaces screens, notifications, and digital overload with forest bathing, silent reflection, gentle mindfulness, and restorative presence, delivering sharper thinking, deeper breathing, and sustainable tools for digital balance that busy professionals crave in an always-on world.

This intimate weekend escape, limited to 6–12 participants for personalized attention, unfolds from Saturday at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in a peaceful forest sanctuary. Surrounded by trees and open spaces, it blends science-informed nature therapy such as forest bathing (inspired by practices shown to reduce stress and improve focus) with optional, spacious activities: guided meditation to quiet the busy mind, gentle movement to reconnect with the body, reflective journaling for self-discovery, and unhurried silent vegetarian meals.

Retreat Flow

Saturday supports you with a gentle arrival and opening, mindful connection with nature, forest bathing for sensory reset, tea and journaling rest, creative reflection, and guided relaxation — a pure exhale of lightness and ease.
Sunday integrates soft morning movement and meditation, quiet journaling, group sharing for real-life application, and a closing circle with intentions, leaving you grounded and inspired.

This retreat is defined by gentle yet transformative optional practices that honor your rhythm (no pushing), small-group intimacy that encourages genuine renewal, and a focus on rest as strength for conscious success. It is not just a pause; it is your advantage — equipping you to navigate digital life with presence, such as taking mindful breaths before decisions or grounding yourself in nature between meetings, transforming a weekend break into lasting alignment.
