This retreat is designed to feel safe, personal, and well-guided, making it ideal for your first experience.
- Before you arrive, you complete a Life Inventory Questionnaire (LIQ), so we understand where you are in life and what you’re hoping for.
- About two weeks before the retreat, we meet online to answer your questions, clarify intentions, and make sure you feel fully prepared and at ease.
Day 1: Arrival & settling in
Afternoon arrival with personal airport pickup, followed by a freshly prepared, welcoming dinner.
The evening is calm and supportive, with time to settle in, meet your facilitators, and feel fully at ease. Early rest is encouraged.
Day 2: Guided psilocybin journey
The day opens with a gentle morning ceremony to set intentions and offer thanks before the journey.
Your journey is fully guided and supported at every moment, in a quiet, carefully held setting. You are never alone, and attentive support is always present.
Afterwards, you’re gently nourished with fresh, thoughtfully prepared food.
The evening is dedicated to reflection, conversation, and time in nature, allowing insights to settle and integration to begin naturally.
Day 3: Integration & Closing
The last day begins with a shared breakfast.
You then have a private one-to-one integration session, designed to help you reflect on what emerged and turn insights into clear, practical steps for meaningful, lasting change.
