Day 1 — Arrival & Opening (Grounding & Intention Setting)
Arrive in Kingston and settle into your private room within our therapist-hosted residence. After a light, nourishing dinner and a gentle orientation to the space, you’ll begin your journey with a calming opening experience designed to help you arrive fully—both physically and mentally.
You’ll take part in a Guided Grounding Practice, offering a heart-centered way to set intentions, relax the nervous system, and connect with your facilitators. This opening evening focuses on breathwork, gentle stretching, and mindfulness to create a sense of safety, presence, and clarity as you ease into the retreat.
This supports relaxation, emotional openness, and alignment for the days ahead.
Day 2 — Beach Wellness Road Trip**
This relaxed and nourishing day focuses on integration through movement, nature, and connection. Travel to the coast for a beach-based wellness experience that includes gentle stretching, mindful walking, and optional ocean time. Conversations and reflective prompts encourage insight and personal meaning-making.
The day blends rest, cultural appreciation, and embodied awareness before returning to Kingston feeling grounded, refreshed, and integrated.
**Day 3 — Blue Mountain Breakfast & Deep Wellness Practice**
**Morning:** Enjoy a scenic drive into the Blue Mountains, where you’ll share a peaceful breakfast surrounded by lush landscapes. Time is set aside for reflection, journaling, and nature connection, allowing the calm energy of the mountains to ground and inspire you.
**Evening:** Participate in an extended **restorative stretching and guided meditation session**, led by a trained wellness practitioner. The practice emphasizes slow movement, stretching, breath awareness, and deep relaxation.
