Each day unfolds slowly and intentionally, allowing plenty of space for rest, reflection, and choice.

**Mornings** begin with gentle flow yoga, meditation, and breathwork in a bamboo shala overlooking the Co Co River – practices designed to meet you exactly where you are.

**Afternoons** are spacious: plenty of free time, with optional workshops. You might:

* Journal by the pool
* Join a mindfulness or creativity workshop
* Cycle through emerald rice fields
* Explore the lantern‑lit Old Town
* Book a massage or simply rest in the garden

**Evenings** invite you inward with yin yoga, yoga nidra, sound healing, and nourishing shared meals – grounding your nervous system and deepening connection.

This is not a packed schedule. It’s a rhythm that supports **integration, ease, and genuine transformation**.

**Emma — Retreat Leader**
Emma is a 400+hr yoga & mindfulness teacher, sound therapist and mum of two who specialises in prenatal and postpartum yoga and holistic women’s health. Based in Hoi An since 2018, she brings lived experience of dealing with depression and chronic illness, plus healing and reconnection – and creates spaces that feel deeply safe, grounded, and human.

**Quynh — Sound Therapist**
An experienced facilitator with Omandala Yoga, Quynh supports emotional regulation and deep rest through her sound healing practices.

**Clare — Guest Yoga Teacher**
A 500‑hr vinyasa teacher whose warm, creative approach brings lightness and ease to morning practices.

**Andy — Photography & Culture Guide**
A writer and photographer who will guide a gentle photo walk through Hoi An, offering a new way to see – and remember – your experience.

Directions

Hoi An is located 45 minutes from Da Nang International airport. We can arrange a taxi for you, when you inform us of your arrival date and time, for a small additional fee.

Our driver will greet you with a sign bearing your name before bringing you and your luggage to the villa.

Our Yoga & Mindfulness sessions will take place on AN Villa's own beautiful bamboo yoga shala...and most meals will be lovingly prepared in the Villa's restaurant too, with plenty of delicious options available for vegans, vegetarians and those with food intolerances.
