About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Three women. Five senses. One invitation back to yourself.

We each found our way here through different doors. Michele through decades of Buddhist practice meeting corporate leadership - asking where we have agency in this precious body. Florencia through food as resistance, nourishment as activism, soil as teacher. And Lidia, through voice as medicine - learning that singing our truth heals what silence couldn't hold.

This February, we're weaving our practices together at Casa de Sueños in Santa Fe.

Not because we think you need fixing. But because we know what it's like to abandon yourself for everyone else's comfort. To mistake exhaustion for dedication. To perform authenticity instead of embodying it.

What emerges when three practices meet:
Michele brings embodied emotional intelligence - where Buddhist wisdom meets neuroscience, teaching your body to become a trusted compass for navigating change.
Florencia transforms food into ceremony - where each meal becomes a conversation with the land, a practice of presence, an act of quiet revolution through what and how we nourish.
Lidia brings voice as a healing tool - not performance, but the medicine of finding your frequency, speaking boundaries with grace, letting sound move what's been stuck in your throat.

February 1-7, 2026. 10 women. 5 acres. 2 labyrinths.

This isn't about adding more to your already full life. It's about learning which practices actually create lasting change. Which rituals travel home with you. How to stop the cycle of transformation that fades by Tuesday.
Through sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell - we'll explore what it means to come home to yourself. And stay there.
