I Am a Yoga Kundalini Teacher & Sound Priestess, Energy Healing & Leading Women Retreats.
In Sound Therapy, I use sound vibrations (Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, koshi chimes, gongs, tuning forks, etc.) to reharmonize the body on a physical, energetic, emotional, and mental level.
This treatment is particularly beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and insomnia, for deep rejuvenation, boosting the immune system, and relieving pain.
The treatment is performed on a massage table, fully clothed. Some instruments may be placed on you to diffuse the vibrations throughout your body.
Yogarando – that's the name I've given to the hikes I create and lead, incorporating breathing and meditation practices outdoors, designed specifically for this moment of rebalancing and reconnecting with nature.
🌿 Our Yogarandos are hikes lasting a few hours or a full day, depending on the route, with ample breaks, and are suitable for everyone. No specific fitness level is required; you just need to be able (and willing) to walk a little.
Passionate about the harmony of nature, I launched this project in 2021, initially in the south of France, and now in the Paris region, and it's something I cherish deeply.
This concept came to me during my hikes in the mountains with my family. What could be better than being accompanied by the sun, the wind, beautiful landscapes, birdsong, and the sound of water against the riverbanks? It changes everything!

I feel like I've lived very different lives, and the further I go, the more I discover with wonder how life builds this marvelous puzzle , assembling its pieces for me. Is this an experience you share?
A former language teacher, translator/interpreter, and later, a buyer in large companies. Today, I have chosen to dedicate a large part of my life to sharing the practices that have greatly contributed to my well-being and continue to guide me.
How did I get here?
From sport to self-abandonment
During my youth, I was very involved in sports (I had two training sessions a day at age 10, and three at age 12!). This instilled discipline and endurance in me , and fueled my desire for competition and self-improvement . However, unfortunately, it didn't teach me to respect my body , as I was pushed beyond my limits, which kept me away from any physical activity for an extended period.
Spirituality and the material world
At the age of 16, I turned my quest toward the spiritual realm and discovered meditation , as well as the fascinating philosophy of Osho. I was captivated by his writings, as well as those of Elena Blavatsky, the Roerikhs, and the works of Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, Ilyin, Fromm, Heidegger, texts on Tibetan lamas and Siberian shamans, not to mention the teachings of the Freemasons. I explored all the Russian and world literature I could find, from the former USSR, my country of origin, which was undergoing profound transformation. This fusion of classics and mystics shaped my vision from childhood and encouraged me to transcend differences to find my own path in the union of the material and spiritual worlds.
Kundalini Yoga, holistic practices and reconciliation with the body
Then, the discovery of yoga , and Kundalini yoga in particular, along with energy healing and other tools for personal transformation (including art therapy, Gestalt therapy, etc.), reconciled me with my physical existence, in flesh and blood, and allowed me to hear my body again and follow it , to honor it , gently and without forcing it. I felt, physically, in my cells, the poetry and spirituality of my entire being, from my toes to the top of my head, with my light and my shadows, my pains and imperfections, in full acceptance of my blockages and my freedom, my anger and my joy, my past and my present, without any shame or guilt—it was MAGICAL ! And then, there is no longer any competition in yoga, because it helps us understand that we are ONE with everything.
These practices have become my strong support in difficult times, in my daily life, my place of grounding and peace . The decision to train in them came quite naturally because I wanted to delve deeper, to understand how it works, and to go further, in depth, to explore and then support other people who, like me, are searching for their highest potential .
Naturally very curious and down-to-earth, I always maintain a critical mindset and impose no dogma . I prefer to approach all practices as an experience to be lived , through oneself.
I still enjoy exploring the fields of thought , psychology and human spirituality , art, education , business , medicine , science , and energy , just like before.
In my view, there is no incompatibility between these different aspects of life, whether it be the business world or the practice of meditation . Everything is interconnected and can be used to cultivate our highest potential.
Since 2021, I have been offering Kundalini Yoga classes and sound healing with Tibetan bowls, as well as workshops that I lead alone or in co-creation with other yoga teachers and therapists ( Kundalini yoga & Sound Journey, Shamanic Yin yoga, Mantra Chanting, etc.).
