Liz’s guidance is rooted in a rare blend of scientific precision and intuitive wisdom. A certified Yoga Teacher with advanced specializations in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Nervous System Regulation, she also holds credentials in Holistic Nutrition from Harvard Medical School. By bridging the gap between physiological health and soulful embodiment, Liz offers a grounded, practical path to sustainable well-being.
Her work is an alchemy of Shamanic Sound Healing, Herbalism, Breathwork, and Yoga Therapy for Anxiety. Whether through her global retreats or her guided meditations, Liz’s style is warm, unhurried, and deeply human—designed to feel less like a "lesson" and more like a homecoming.
