✨ Casa Creation Open Day ✨

A Day of Breath, Presence & Sacred Ceremony

Once – and sometimes twice – a month, Casa Creation opens its doors for a carefully held Open Day experience. These days are created for those who feel called to explore deep relaxation, conscious breathwork, meditation, and sacred ceremony in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

This experience is suitable both for newcomers taking their first steps into inner work and for those already familiar with ceremonial spaces. The day gently builds, allowing participants to connect with themselves, the group, and the land, before moving into a profound ceremonial journey.

Daniel, your host and facilitator, is present throughout the entire day to guide, support, and ensure that each guest feels safe, grounded, and cared for at every stage.

🌿 What to Expect

Arrival | 9:30 – 10:00
We begin with a relaxed arrival. Guests are welcomed with tea and fresh fruit juice, introductions are made, and the intention and flow of the day are explained.

Light Yoga | 10:30
A gentle 30–40 minute yoga session designed to awaken the body, improve circulation, and release tension. This session is accessible to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

Free Time & Relaxation
After yoga, guests are invited to enjoy the gardens, jacuzzi, or sauna. A light snack is provided, keeping the body nourished without being heavy, in preparation for the deeper work ahead.

Breathwork & Ice Bath | Around 12:00
An hour-long guided breathwork session leads directly into the option of an ice bath. This powerful combination supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and mental clarity.

Rest & Integration
Following breathwork and cold exposure, there is time to relax, connect, reflect, and prepare inwardly for the ceremony.

Sacred Ceremony | 14:00
The group enters the sacred medicine ceremony together. Ceremonies typically last 6–7 hours and are held in a grounded, respectful, and supportive container.

Dinner & Sharing
At the natural closing of the ceremony, a nourishing meal is served. Guests are invited to sit together and share reflections if and when it feels appropriate.

🌙 Departure & Accommodation

The day concludes around 11:00 pm.
An overnight stay is available for an additional fee, allowing guests to rest, integrate, and depart the following morning feeling grounded and refreshed.
