About this Retreat
I am Mayra Zarco, a hypnotherapist, and I guide processes of emotional healing and expanded consciousness. I support those who feel that something within them is asking to be heard, released, or transformed, even when they don't know how to express it. In a safe, loving, and respectful space, I use tools such as introspective hypnosis, deep listening, and energy work, also integrating a subtle perception that allows me to more clearly guide each person's internal processes. My work helps identify and heal memories and patterns that generate discomfort, blockages, or the repetition of painful situations. With this support, it is possible to release emotional burdens, regain clarity, balance, and well-being, and reconnect with a more authentic and loving version of oneself, sustaining healing and transformation in a deep and lasting way.
My name is Tahia Rojas, and I have been walking alongside sacred medicines for 12 years, allowing myself to be guided and supported, in service to the Great Spirit and the sacred.
My great guide, Sayri (Grandfather Tobacco), allows me to be a bearer of rapé and perform tobacco cleansing. I work with cacao medicine, I am a smudging practitioner, and I perform energy cleansing.
Experiencing this journey with sacred plants has shown me a sweet and loving path toward spiritual healing, working alongside the Great Spirit for a transformation that allows us to be filled with harmony, light, and love.
I am presence, with the human name Ninfa Sonia Riveros Andrade. Currently, I consider myself a walker of the earth, blessed by the presence of the elemental elders and their wisdom. For 25 years, I have been recognizing myself through techniques such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Tahilantdes Kiasu massage. I began with bodywork techniques and later combined them with energy techniques, Tarot, channeling, the language of light, and Chinese medicine, which today allow me to feel that I can accompany you from your earthly body to open you to your spiritual heaven. So that on this bridge you may encounter your sacred presence: I AM, I AM. Creating, being, existing in full divine essence. Thank you for feeling the call
Eduardo Alvarez Sánchez (La Paz, Bolivia, 1981). A psychologist by profession, he has been working in therapy for 21 years, initially with children and adolescents, and later with adults, couples, and families, specializing in Systemic Therapy. In 2012, after living in Santiago, Chile, training in Family Constellations for three years, he began applying this powerful tool in his group and individual work. His research and work with flower essences led him to write the book *Conversando con las Flores* (Conversing with the Flowers) in 2017 (co-authored with Tere Alem). He is currently working on a book of autobiographical chronicles that will allow him to offer new tools for self-knowledge in workshops and individual sessions.
