Your Guides
Ashley Boice brings years of experience in various healing practices, offering a unique and holistic perspective in the world of health and wellness. A dedicated yoga practitioner since 2003, Ashley never imagined that yoga would become her life’s work. Today, Ashley is a 500-hour Yoga Instructor (300-hour Jivamukti), 50-hour Rocket Yoga certified instructor, a certified Yin Yoga Instructor, Trauma Informed Breath Coach, and Holistic Health Coach.
As a Jivamukti Yoga Instructor, Ashley is known for creating a full-spectrum yoga experience, Ashley’s classes weave together dynamic flows, playful transitions, hands-on adjustments, chanting, philosophy, breath-work, and meditation—inviting students to connect with the deep teachings and benefits of the practice.
Ashley is a multifaceted educator at heart- leading 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs, continuing education courses, & deep dives into breath work and meditation practices. Through these trainings, she’s guided aspiring teachers from all over the world, sharing her deep belief that yoga has the power to reconnect us to our truest selves and realign us with our highest purpose.
Off the mat, Ashley enjoys life by the ocean with her husband and their dog-Violet. You’ll often find her scuba diving, sipping coffee with friends, or exploring places close to her heart like Big Sur, Barcelona, and Central America.

Nestled in the heart of the Sacred Valley, this transformative 7-day retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect, and immerse yourself in the ancient wisdom of the Andes.
Led by Ashley, you'll begin each morning and close each evening with intentional yoga practices, weaving movement and breath into the rhythm of Peruvian mountain life.
Beyond the mat, you'll be guided through profound cultural and spiritual experiences — from a traditional Andean Despacho ceremony with a local shaman honoring Pachamama and the mountain spirits, to an Andean Sound Healing session at the breathtaking Pumahuanca Waterfall, a sacred Cacao Ceremony under the stars, and a Pachamanca cooking experience with the Amaru Community. Each ritual and gathering is thoughtfully designed to open your heart, deepen your presence, and connect you to something greater than yourself.
Your week will be as restorative as it is adventurous. Indulge in not one but two full spa days featuring saunas, a salt cave, cold plunge, hot tub, and a one-hour massage — giving your body the deep rest it deserves at altitude. The crown jewel of the journey is an unforgettable day at Machu Picchu, reached by a scenic two-hour train ride through the Andes with panoramic glass ceilings, where you can choose to hike the legendary Huayna Picchu or explore the ruins on a guided circuit tour. You'll also browse the historic Pisac Market, dine at local Peruvian restaurants, and end the week dancing in the temple. Directions
ARRIVAL: You must be on the ground in Cusco (CUZ) by 9:00 AM on September 1st for group transportation to Munay Sonqo.
I strongly recommend flying to Lima (LIM) on August 31, staying overnight, and taking an early morning flight to Cusco.
The flight from Lima to Cusco is typically ~$250 round trip.
*Unless you’re planning extra time in Lima, I recommend staying at or inside the airport, as the nicer city areas are ~45 minutes away.
Airport Hotel Options (LIM):
Wyndham Grand Costa del Sol (inside airport) – recently renovated, spa, pool, restaurants (~$300/night)
Budget Friendly Option → Sleepover Airport Pods – private sleep pods (~$110 for 7 hours)
DEPARTURE: Group transportation leaves Munay Sonqo at 11:30am. We will arrive in Cusco ~1-1:30pm.
Please schedule your flight no earlier than 3:30pm on September 7th.
If you prefer to depart Cusco earlier on or before Sept 7, additional transportation costs will apply.
✨ We’ll have a little time to grab lunch and briefly explore Cusco before heading back to Lima. If you can, I highly recommend staying an extra night or two- Cusco is a truly magical city!
