• Foundations of Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT): Guided by an Advanced PRT Practitioner, this is the core of our program. You will learn the new science of pain and gain practical tools to begin retraining your brain. PRT works by restoring an over-active pain control system back to normal. These methods will be tailored to fit your unique symptoms and experiences, ensuring you leave with a personalized roadmap to continue your practice at home.
• Nervous System Regulation: Through Breathwork, Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and somatic practices we train the brain to calm the nervous system.
A Sanctuary for the Senses Healing requires the right environment. Our retreat takes place on a beautiful, remote beach. Away from the over-stimulation of city life, the rhythm of the ocean becomes a partner in your recovery. This secluded setting allows your nervous system to down-regulate, making the work we do in our sessions deeper and more effective.
• Functional Movement: Movement is medicine, but we understand that starting can feel uncertain. Our Rehabilitation Movement Specialist guides you through gentle yet powerful isometric holds and intentional movements that prioritize safety and control. These techniques allow you to build strength while staying within your comfort zone. Getting to Mahahual involves a scenic journey through the heart of the Mayan world. Depending on your flight, you have three primary gateways to choose from.

Accommodation Options We offer two distinct settings for your stay, located just a gentle 3-minute walk (250m) apart. Whether you prefer to be in the center of the action or tucked away by the waves, we have a space for you. Option 1: The Main Retreat House (The Heart) Located on-site at our main session space. Stay here to be steps away from the yoga hall and fully immersed in the group energy. The Master Suite: Our most expansive option. This large, light-filled room features a private en-suite bathroom and elegant touches. It is perfect for those who desire maximum privacy or a premium shared experience with a partner or friend. The Garden Rooms: Two inviting, comfortable guest rooms that share a large, modern bathroom. These rooms are ideal for guests who enjoy a communal, "home-like" atmosphere right in the center of the retreat’s daily rhythm. Option 2: Casa Pronoia (The Beachside Sanctuary) Located at our dining and beach-break hub. Stay here for ocean breezes and a little extra tranquility. A short, gentle walk separates your sleeping space from the practice hall, offering a moment of integration before and after sessions. Beachside Private: A spacious, serene room for the traveler who wants a quiet oceanfront sanctuary all to themselves. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Beachside Shared: A bright, beautiful room designed for two people to share. Enjoy the social connection of a roommate with the calming atmosphere of the oceanfront location.
