About this Retreat
Nenad has dedicated years to long-distance walking and mindset coaching, guiding others through physical and mental challenges. He's completed a 700 km winter walk across Serbia for charity and a 1,400 km Camino from Barcelona to Santiago. His philosophy: the trail doesn't just build fitness, it reveals who you really are.
Nikola is a passionate sports enthusiast, entrepreneur, and outdoor lifestyle advocate. He is a ski and water polo instructor with extensive experience in active sports and coaching. Nikola owns and operates a resort and a travel agency, where he focuses on creating unique outdoor and wellness experiences. He is dedicated to developing new projects and organizing retreats on the island of Rab and in other destinations, combining sport, nature, and active living.
Alex brings over 14 years of experience in fitness and endurance. From gym training and Muay Thai in Thailand to recovering from a full ACL reconstruction, he understands the transformative power of movement. He walked the Camino de Santiago from Porto to Santiago (300+ km), discovering that walking offers something no gym ever could: clarity, presence, and genuine connection.
Details of this retreat
This retreat is designed for people who love to move, explore, and experience a place properly — without rushing, pressure, or rigid schedules.
Hosted on the beautiful island of Rab, Croatia, you’ll stay in luxury beachfront villas with swimming pools, sea access, and space to train, relax, and spend time together.
Each morning starts with a beachfront or poolside workout, led by the hosts — a mix of bodyweight training, mobility, and stretching. These sessions are energising, accessible, and designed to make you feel good for the day ahead, not exhausted.
From there, every day brings a different adventure:
Coastal walks and island hikes
Swimming at different beaches and coves
Viewpoints overlooking the Adriatic
Exploring Rab Old Town
Paddle boarding, pool games, and sea dips
One highlight of the week is a full boat day, where we explore hidden beaches, underwater caves, and nearby islands — including a stop at a former prison island. It’s a day of swimming, exploration, sun, and proper adventure.
Food is a big part of the experience. Breakfast is provided every morning, and dinner is included each evening — a mix of:
Authentic Croatian and Balkan grill night (čevapi, pljeskavica, local meats)
Mediterranean seafood prepared fresh, including whole fish
Local restaurants with healthy, nutritious options
Croatian wine, beer, and rakija for those who enjoy it
This is not a party retreat, and it’s not a silent wellness retreat either. It’s social, active, relaxed, and grounded — built around shared experiences, good food, movement, and time outdoors.
Group size is intentionally kept small to ensure a personal, high-quality experience.
