About this Retreat
Denise is a kindness educator, transformational coach, and former nurse with over 30 years of experience caring for others. Her work is rooted in a deep belief that kindness and compassion — especially toward ourselves — have the power to create meaningful change.
After a heartbreaking story about bullying deeply impacted her over 15 years ago, Denise began teaching and speaking about kindness. She has taught kindness classes in schools, given a TED Talk, written and published a book on kindness, and become a trusted voice in compassionate living.
With more than 20 years of personal development work and a background in transformational coaching, Denise now focuses on helping women quiet the inner critic, reconnect with self-compassion, and create supportive communities where women genuinely cheer one another on. Kindness and compassion are not just what she teaches — they are how she lives.

In the serene beauty of Fuerteventura, we create a safe, gentle, and inspiring environment where self-compassion becomes a practice — and every act of kindness toward yourself becomes a ripple that touches others.
Together, we’ll explore reflection, emotional ease, and connection — leaving you calmer, clearer, and more deeply rooted in your own truth.

Sunday (Arrival & Welcome)

Monday – Thursday
Morning session: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon break: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (time for reflection, journaling, beach walk, or personal rest)
