Known for guiding souls from breakdowns to breakthroughs, Charmaine is the mentor you call when you're ready to reclaim your power and consciously create the life of your dreams. As a Certified Birth & Ego-Death Doula, HypnoBirthing Coach, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Charmaine serves both the beginning and transformation phases of life. She brings new life into the world as a birth doula and supports the symbolic deaths of the ego that awaken our highest selves as a Life Coach. Through tools like Human Design, The Emotion Code, Meditation, and Past Life Regression Therapy, she works holistically starting with the mind and intuitively uncovering what’s stored in the body. Charmaine’s coaching journey spans support for those facing anxiety, chronic illness, unhappiness, depression, unfulfillment and beyond. Her mission is to awaken the God/Goddess within and guide others to live in alignment with their dharma. Her ultimate dream? To co-create six wellness centers around the world: in Bali, Hawaii, Joshua Tree, Ojai, Costa Rica, and Mexico. She's currently collecting angels to help bring that vision to life.
