About this Retreat

Your Guides

Details of this retreat

This is not a vacation. It is a return.

You board the vessel carrying everything you've achieved – and everything you've been holding. Over the course of seven days, you are gently guided into a state that many people rarely experience in daily life – a state of emotional elevation, inner ease, and presence. Not because you escape your life, but because you reconnect with something essential within it.

These retreats are intimate journeys shaped by movement, meditation, sound, and the rhythm of the ocean itself. They invite a gradual release from the performing self and create space to settle into a deeper, more embodied way of being.

Transformation here is not dramatic or forced. It unfolds quietly – as a shift in how you feel inside your body, how you relate to yourself, and how much ease you allow.
What often remains is a sense of elevation that stays. In small groups of a maximum of ten participants, we create a calm and supportive environment where the nervous system can soften naturally.

Each day is shaped by:
• gentle body movement rituals inspired by water’s flow
• meditative and sound-based practices that support inner coherence
• spacious time with the ocean and its natural rhythms

There is no pressure to perform, participate, or transform. Everything is an invitation. Many participants describe leaving with a feeling of emotional clarity and lightness – a sense of being more themselves, without effort.

Schedule

Each day unfolds like a wave – gentle, rhythmic, intentional. There is no rigid schedule, only a flow that honors what you need and what the ocean offers.

Dawn: Awakening
The first light catches you on deck. Before you're fully awake, you're moving. (A gentle) Morning Body Movement Ritual begins – flows inspired by water and dolphin movement, accessible for all levels. Your body remembers something here, something about ease and fluidity you'd forgotten. The ocean practices alongside you.

Morning: Immersion
The water calls. Your expert guide reads the conditions, the dolphin behavior, the atmosphere. When the moment is right, you slip into crystal-clear waters. You float. You breathe slowly. You wait.
The dolphins choose whether to approach. Sometimes a mother and calf, curious, spiraling closer. Sometimes a pod, inviting you into their world. You don't chase – you witness. You don't perform – you receive. These encounters happen only when the guide determines dolphin behavior indicates openness, never during rest periods.
Or perhaps today is for snorkeling pristine coral reefs, swimming in waters so clear they feel like air, connecting with the sea's healing power in quiet solitude.

Midday: Nourishment
Meals are shared. Conversations deepen. The group bonds over salt-kissed skin and stories that surface when defenses soften. Laughter comes easily here. Or maybe, you need moments just for yourself, surrounded by the ocean and light.

Afternoon: Integration
Space opens for journaling, creative expression, rest. Some days there's a second dolphin encounter opportunity. Some days you simply float. The ocean holds you. Time moves differently.
Optional private sessions with Glorija are available – individual bodywork sessions that gently deepen and support the day’s integration.

Evening: Deepening
As the sun sets, the group gathers again. The pace slows. Attention turns inward. Evening practices may include meditation, breathwork, and sound-based practices that support inner coherence and settling. Gentle work with the water element invites a sense of flow and emotional ease, inspired by the dolphins offer space for reflection, imagination, and integration. These practices often reach deeper layers – not through intensity, but because the body has been softened by saltwater, rest, and surrender throughout the day.

Night: Deep Rest
Under the stars, the sharing circle begins. Everyone carries similar weight, wears similar masks. In witnessing each other's wholeness, you remember your own. Sleep comes easily here. Deep, uninterrupted, restorative.
