Cris Rangel is a psychotherapist and ecopsychologist with 37 years of clinical experience, working from an integrative and transpersonal approach that understands body, mind, spirit, and nature as inseparable dimensions of being.
Her professional background includes Psychosynthesis, Transpersonal Psychology, Systemic Therapy, Family Constellations, and Sacred Fire energy alignment. These foundations support her work in both clinical settings and immersive nature-based experiences.
She is the guardian of Aldeia Yby Aysú — “Land of Love” in the ancestral Tupi-Guarani language — an eco-built retreat center dedicated to simplicity, presence, and deep communion with the forest.
Cris is also the creator of EU Floresta, a project that leads groups into immersive experiences within Indigenous villages, building bridges between contemporary therapeutic processes and ancestral wisdom through respectful partnerships with Indigenous peoples.
She facilitates ecopsychology practices, forest bathing, therapeutic circles, shamanic rituals, and ceremonies inspired by ancestral and Indigenous traditions. Her work is guided by the values of Buen Vivir (Well Living), ecological awareness, and deep respect for traditional knowledge.
Through retreats, immersions, and reconnection experiences in nature, Cris creates safe and loving spaces for healing, self-knowledge, and the remembrance of our belonging to the living Earth.
