About this Retreat

The world of complimentary medicine and holistic practices has been a source of inspiration of mine for many years, learning about 'what make people tick' and how to use skills like meditation and all its wonders have helped me over the years to help others with their own mental health issues and lack of focus.
My skills have taken time to perfect and feel comfortable with sharing on the teacher training level, but I'm here and shriving because of the power of meditation and its positive affects on the mind enabling me to re-focus and re-centre.
Through the years I have been fortunate to have had training with some of the best in their fields, and am grateful for the knowledge, inspiration and confidence in me they have shared, I am a better person for them and share they're knowledge through me and will always offer any help I can whenever I can.
