Details of this retreat

✬ Available Upon Request
To ensure a deeply personal experience, this retreat is offered on a flexible schedule.
Please share your preferred dates, and a bespoke experience will be thoughtfully arranged.

In the quiet landscape of Kameoka, where ancient shrines and mountain mist shape the atmosphere, there is a subtle field that invites you inward.

This is not a tour, but a space for returning—gently, naturally—to a more grounded and coherent state of being.

Rather than following a structured program, the experience unfolds through carefully held elements such as time in nature, moments of stillness, and practices inspired by traditional Japanese forms.

These are not taught as techniques, but encountered directly, allowing a deeper integration to emerge.

I hold this space with over a decade of therapeutic experience, supporting each guest in reconnecting with a quieter, more stable sense of self.
