About this Retreat
My path of self-inquiry began at 19 with a commitment to release limiting beliefs and live from deeper awareness. Now in my sixth decade of life, years of dedicated inner work and embodied practice allow me to offer grounded, compassionate guidance for those navigating meaningful life transitions. I hold a steady, non-judgmental space for people who feel called to move from one paradigm, career, or identity into another—supporting the courage it takes to listen deeply and follow that inner knowing. I know this space well: I have lived the fear and found the courage to move from a career, relationship and community that no longer supported the path my higher self was calling me to.
At Harmony Regenerative Farm in the high desert of Northern New Mexico, I hold ceremonial space and co-create retreats that support nervous system regulation, reflection, and reconnection with the wisdom of the body and the natural world. Through practices such as mindful movement, yoga, Functional integration sessions, pranayama, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), guests are invited to explore the changes they feel called toward and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence and purpose.
I am a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, a 200-hour yoga teacher, and I use trauma-informed and IFS practices to assist guests in co creating a deeply resourced, safe retreat . My work is grounded in the belief that the body holds deep intelligence and that transformation unfolds most naturally in an atmosphere of safety, compassion, and curiosity.
People of all backgrounds, identities, and stages of life are warmly welcome.

The Setting: Harmony Taos Farm
Located in the sacred Taos Valley on the unceded ancestral lands of the Tiwa people, Harmony Taos Farm is a living sanctuary rooted in permaculture and regenerative practices. We honor the generations of wisdom of the Taos Pueblo and our kinship with the living world.
The land itself is an essential part of the experience—quiet, alive, and deeply supportive. Many guests feel a palpable sense of grounding and renewal simply by being here.
You’ll be held in a peaceful, intentionally cultivated environment where the rhythms of nature guide your process.
