About this Retreat
Violetta (Sati) – originally from Uzbekistan,
she lived in Poland for many years, fell in love
with the country (Dominican Republic), and now calls it her second
home. Her journey to self-discovery was full
of challenges, but it was through these
difficult experiences that she found true
happiness and love. Herbal medicine healed
her soul, and yoga brought love, peace, and a
sense of unity into her life. Now she wishes to
share this light with others.
She brings 15 years of experience with plant & herbal medicine, gained from around the world (Peru, India, Middle East etc).
Dawid has deep knowledge of the body and
physical health. Years of yoga practice and
experience with breatharianism have helped
him achieve balance in nutrition and made
the body he was given in this lifetime his ally.
Dawid understands the properties of plants
and fruits that support life and healing. He
has also studied the practice of fasting and
its beneficial effects on the body—fasting
once helped him recover his health on his
own. He has struggled with immune disease, where doctors crossed our his chances. He has managed to turn the tables with mindful eating. Today, he shares this knowledge with
others, supporting those who also seek
healing.

We invite you on a 7-day journey within yourself, set in the magical
surroundings of the Caribbean paradise. In the heart of the Dominican
Republic, amidst pristine jungle, waterfalls, white beaches, and the
dance of whales, you’ll have the opportunity to discover your inner
truth and free yourself from what holds you back.
You will immerse yourself in a carefully designed program that will guide you toward
freeing yourself from the limitations of the mind and discovering the unlimited power
that lies within you. This program is the result of our many years of experience working
with people, as well as our own personal transformation, which has allowed us to create

Schedule
Everyday Holistic Practices:
Ceremonies (cacao, bufo, rappe, agnihotra, psilocybin, kambo (optional))
Detox and bodily cleansing (parasitic cleanses, mindful eating, ayuvedic diet)
Trips and Activities (jungle quad ride and vitis to cacao village, trip to see whales (seasonal), waterfall trekking, spring water ritual, National Park trip (not all included in the trip - trip will include 2 activities))
Workshops and sessions (meditation, breath work)
Common meals (breakfast + late lunch (all meals prepared from produce either self harvested or in collaboration with local village farmers).
