Morning: Awakening & Grounding
Gentle awakening. Begin your day with a prescribed warm herbal tea or decoction to ignite your Agni (digestive fire) and gently detoxify the body.
Morning Yoga & Mindfulness. A guided, cooling, and restorative practice designed to release physical tension, regulate the nervous system, and ground the mind.
Gourmet Ayurvedic Breakfast. A warm, freshly prepared, dosha-specific meal to nourish you for the day ahead.
Mid-Day: Deep Healing & Transformation
Daily Check-in with the Resident Ayurvedic Doctor. A brief consultation to monitor your progress, check your pulse, and adjust your treatment plan as your body responds.
Your Core Treatment Program (2.5 Hours). This is your dedicated healing time. Depending on the day, this may include warm herbal oil massages (Abhyanga), nervous-system soothing therapies (Shirodhara), or specific detoxifying treatments to balance hormones and cool the body.
Ayurvedic Lunch. In Ayurveda, lunch is the most substantial meal of the day. Enjoy a vibrant, strictly vegetarian feast curated by our chefs and doctors.
Afternoon: The Velvet Pause
Integration and Deep Rest. This is your time to simply be. Retreat to your Superior Deluxe Room to enjoy the air-conditioning and plush bedding, journal, or explore the lush villa grounds. (Note: Your complimentary Koggala Lake boat tour will be scheduled during one of these open afternoons).
Afternoon herbal tea and light, dosha-friendly refreshments.
Evening: Winding Down
Evening Meditation & Breathwork (Pranayama). Gentle practices to transition the body into a state of deep relaxation.
Light Ayurvedic Dinner. A warming, easily digestible meal to ensure your body isn't working hard to digest while you sleep.
Evening herbal medicines. Retreat to your sanctuary, select your preferred pillow from our menu, and prepare for a deep, restorative night of sleep.
