First day/night - traveling, optional volunteer at site, helping each other with
tents/accommodation set up, stocking fire wood, making food and prepping camp for the two
nights.
Finish off the day with journaling, breathwork and chats round the fire
Second day - 7am Start to prepare breakfast for camp, fire going, morning meditation and
stretch,
9/1pm - 9k walk/hike and cold dip (optional),
1/4pm - time in camp, unwind, chill, food, have time to yourself however you want to treat this
time,
4/6pm mindset Q&A with Danny and wrestling drills optional, fun competition
Shower and getting ready
Start to prepare the food
7pm unwind time, fire in the woods, breathwork/journaling time
Third day - 7am Start to prepare breakfast for camp, fire going, morning meditation and stretch,
9/10am hike and last chance to connect with each other and nature before we set off back home
