Step into the energy of full expansion—where growth is visible, vibrant, and alive. This is a day to release limiting narratives, reconnect with your confidence, and allow yourself to be seen in a way that feels grounded and true.

Slow down. Breathe deeper. Come back to yourself.

What this Day Feels Like
A slower pace.
A quieter mind.
A body that begins to soften.

You’ll be guided through simple, supportive practices that bring you out of your head and back into your body—blending breath, gentle movement, stillness, and time in nature.

There is space built into the day.
Space to walk, to sit, to reflect… or to simply do nothing at all.

The Outcome

This is not an escape from your life. It’s a way to return to it differently. You will leave with the ability to recognize what’s happening as it’s happening—to notice tension, frustration, or anger rising in real time… and meet them with steadiness instead of reaction.

You will leave:
More aware of your internal patterns
More grounded in your body
More capable of pausing before reacting
More confident in how to bring yourself back to centre

This isn’t a temporary calm. It’s a practiced, embodied way of being you can carry into your everyday life. You will walk away with simple tools to regulate your nervous system, shift your state, and respond with clarity—even in the moments that used to overwhelm you.

Located on 111 acres of pristine agricultural land in the Kawarthas, our venue is a working artisan lavender farm. Facilities include a rustic-chic communal outdoor kitchen, a clean-air outdoor washroom, and a riverside sanctuary. The land features rolling meadows and managed forests designed for deep somatic exploration. We prioritize a "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic that blends the rugged beauty of a heritage farm with the refined touches of a premier wellness center.
