About this Retreat
Ayurveda has been part of my life for more than 20 years and is far more to me than simply a training — it has become an essential part of the way I live. During my studies in Ayurveda and Yoga in India and Brazil, I not only gained deep knowledge, but above all experienced for myself how strongly a conscious lifestyle can support our health, our energy, and our inner balance. This experience continues to shape my work to this day.
What is special about my approach
Today, many people experience yoga mainly as a form of physical exercise.
For me, yoga is much more: it is a path of awareness, connection, and inner transformation — a way of coming back to ourselves, to the soul, and to something greater than ourselves.
My approach weaves together different elements that naturally support one another:
Yoga as a path of presence, breath, inner alignment, and conscious embodiment.
Ayurveda as a form of loving self-care through nourishment, rhythm, lifestyle, and balance.
Healing work through Christ consciousness as a gentle space for inner clarity, release, and reconnection with our deeper essence.
Sound healing with singing bowls as a way to calm the nervous system, restore inner harmony, and invite body, mind, and soul back into balance.
Together, these practices create a holistic space for rest, healing, and renewal. They can help release tension, soften old patterns, quiet the mind, and open the way to greater peace, clarity, and inner connection.
My wish
My wish is that people reconnect with their own inner wisdom — the deep intuition of the soul that is always present beneath the noise of everyday life.
I believe that while human consciousness is often bound to the finite world, it also carries within it the potential of the infinite.
