Details of this retreat

Reclaim is a deeply embodied retreat designed to help you reconnect with your voice, boundaries, and sense of self. Through guided experiences with horses, somatic practices, and time in nature, you are invited to release old narratives and return to your own inner authority. This is not about becoming someone new... it’s about remembering who you were before you adapted to survive. This can be taken as a solo or small group retreat.
