About this Retreat
Since I can remember I was hungry for the next big thing, so I pursued career, money, women and experiences. All of which made me happy for a while but I never truly felt fulfilled.
Then I discovered the Wolfpack Brotherhood. A place where Ego does not exist, where you can be seen and heard, where if you cry, it does not make you less of a man, but just a human being processing feelings. In this space I found out who I am and what my life is about: supporting men in their journey, help them deal with the past and challenge them to become who they where meant to be.
I am dedicated to my personal growth and supporting other men in balancing their masculine energy. I strive to inspire and guide others in aligning their energy and embracing their fullest potential through mindfulness, holistic practices, and shared experiences. My path involves continuous learning and transformation as I seek to balance the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life. I am committed to aligning and enriching the feminine and masculine energies across generations
After decades of seeking happiness outside of myself (in other people, my career, money, etc.), I discovered men’s work in 2019. In the safe confines of this group, I have learned about vulnerability, healthy communication, and most importantly, how to love myself and others. Men’s work has made me a better father, son, brother, friend, partner, and businessman.
I decided to create the Wolfpack Brotherhood because I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with other men. If I can change and find true happiness, so can you.

The Wolfpack Brotherhood Retreat is an immersive experience in the mountains of Turrialba where men step away from everyday life to reconnect with purpose, strength, and authentic brotherhood.
Through physical challenges, breathwork, deep conversations, and nature immersion, participants build real bonds, develop resilience, and gain clarity about their lives.
During these seven days, we step away from our routines and create space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. The experience is designed to bring men together in a setting where honesty, respect, and openness are encouraged. It’s a chance to have real conversations, share experiences, and support one another in ways that rarely happen in everyday life.
Throughout the retreat, we move through a variety of activities that challenge us physically, mentally, and emotionally. There will be moments of action and intensity, as well as quiet time for reflection and integration. Together, we explore topics like purpose, responsibility, relationships, leadership, and the direction we want to take in our lives.
This experience isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up honestly, learning from one another, and leaving with greater clarity, stronger connections, and a renewed sense of direction. Many men walk away not only with personal insights but also with friendships and a sense of brotherhood that continues long after the retreat ends.
