About this Retreat

Your Guides

Details of this retreat

This is not a retreat to switch off. You are outside – alone, with me, or with the dogs – and you use that time to work through topics you’ve been avoiding in your daily life.
👉 Not in theory.
👉 But directly on the spot.

Nature-based mentoring is not a separate program element. It happens throughout the entire experience: while walking, in conversations, and in the moments in between.
What nature-based mentoring is:
👉 No seminar room
👉 No “just talking”
👉 No theoretical coaching
Instead: You go outside and work directly on your life.

What we actually do:
– You make decisions on the spot instead of postponing them
– We talk about your real situation (job, stress, open issues)
– I ask you questions you’ve been avoiding
– You use movement and the environment to get out of overthinking
– You get direct feedback – clear, not softened

Why people come:
You feel constantly exhausted, even though nothing “special” is happening
You function, but don’t have a clear direction anymore
You’ve been postponing decisions for weeks or months
Your mind keeps running and doesn’t switch off
You don’t know what you’re actually working toward anymore

What changes:
Your mind stops going in circles
You see what your real problem actually is
Decisions are made, not postponed
You get out of autopilot
You leave with a concrete plan

Each package is planned individually and in close consultation with you, fully tailored to your needs. Everything is flexible, and the nature-based mentoring naturally flows into each activity you select.
You can choose from the following activities:
Visit the kennel
Husky trekking
Hiking
Sled dog training tours
Hiking tours in the mountains (1–3 days)
Kayaking
Horseback riding

Program example:
Day 1 – Arrival & grounding
Transfer to the husky farm, arriving into the vastness of the North.
You’ll meet the dogs, get a feel for the surroundings, and we begin with an initial mentoring session to set your intention.

Days 2–6 – Deepening & nature experience
These days don’t follow a rigid plan, they follow your inner process.
Experiences include:
- A deeper insight into life with the dogs (visit the kennel)
- Husky trekking through the forest
- A multi-day hiking tour with an overnight stay (in the forest or in the mountains, depending on weather)
- A calm and expansive kayak tour on clear waters
In between: mentoring sessions, reflection time, stillness, integration and again and again, that unique connection to nature.

Day 7 – Integration & departure
A slow, quiet morning.
A closing session to integrate your experience.
Then your transfer back, carrying more clarity, calm, and connection with you.
