Details of this retreat

50 miles. Two alpine summits. Four days in the wilderness to reset your body, refine your mind, and reclaim your direction.

This is a small-group wilderness expedition for individuals ready to reset their lives, refine their minds, and reclaim their physical and mental resilience.

Over 4.5 days in Colorado’s Indian Peaks Wilderness, participants will move through rugged alpine terrain, backpack approximately 50 miles, and summit two peaks while living simply in nature alongside a small group of committed individuals.

This is not a vacation or a typical retreat. It is a physically demanding and intentionally designed wilderness journey for those who feel that something in their life is ready to shift.

Guided by wilderness professionals Skye Salley and Morgan Hoffmann, the experience blends sustained movement through wild landscapes with practices that deepen awareness and clarity. Each day includes long miles on trail, breathwork and meditation, reflective conversation, and moments of quiet integration—allowing the wilderness to challenge both body and mind.

The small group size creates a powerful container where effort, stillness, and community work together to strip away distraction and reveal what truly matters. Nature becomes the teacher, movement becomes meditation, and the group becomes a mirror for deeper insight and growth.
Participants leave with renewed trust in their physical and mental capacity, practical tools for breath and emotional regulation, and a clearer sense of direction for their lives beyond the trail.

Participation is intentionally limited to seven individuals to preserve depth, safety, and meaningful connection.

This experience is designed for those who value challenge, personal growth, and the transformative power of wild places—and who are ready to meet themselves honestly without distraction.

Schedule

Day 1 — Arrival & Orientation
Participants arrive in the mountains and settle into the retreat space. We open the experience with introductions, intention-setting, and a gentle movement session to reconnect with the body after travel. The evening includes our first shared meal and a fireside gathering to begin building trust and community.
Day 2 — Entering the Wild
We begin the day with meditation and breathwork before heading into the mountains for our first full adventure. Through hiking and movement in nature, we start to reconnect with the natural rhythm of effort, rest, and presence. In the evening, we explore themes of resilience and the connection between physical challenge and inner growth.
Day 3 — Challenge & Expansion
This day is dedicated to pushing beyond comfort. Our mountain adventure may include a peak ascent or a longer alpine hike. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace while discovering the strength that emerges through challenge. The evening focuses on reflection and meaningful dialogue around personal limits and growth.
Day 4 — Integration & Connection
With the biggest physical challenge behind us, the fourth day allows space to slow down and integrate insights from the experience. Movement practice, reflection exercises, and group conversation help participants connect the lessons of the mountains with their daily lives.
Day 5 — Departure
We close the retreat with a final gathering and morning movement session. Participants leave with renewed clarity, stronger connections, and a deeper understanding of their own resilience.
