Double Board Certified in Functional Nutrition and Applied Quantum Biology. Certified Breathwork Facilitator.
15 years of yoga teaching across 11 countries and 4 continents — from Tokyo rooftops to Moroccan desert shores to London parks.
I spent 12 years in corporate America managing multi-million dollar programs before pivoting to build the Laura Mac Method — a science-backed framework that uses light, breath, movement, water, and nourishment to restore the body's natural capacity to heal, regulate, and thrive.
I don't teach wellness trends. I teach the body's own operating system.
I translate what your body is trying to tell you.
Details of this retreat
Some retreats feel good while you're there and fade by Monday. This one is designed differently.
The Reset Immersion is a 5-day, science-backed experience built around the five biological inputs that govern how your body generates energy, regulates hormones, and repairs tissue: light, breath, movement, water, and nourishment.
What makes this retreat extraordinary is not one moment. It is the accumulation of several: a 4-hour breakthrough breathwork session. Full moon paddleboard breathwork on the lake. A fire ceremony on the shore. The Sound of Soul closing ceremony — your own nervous system translated into music and returned to you as a gift.
This is not a spa weekend. It is five days of cutting-edge wellness science delivered outdoors, in community, in an extraordinary natural setting — with cold water and full moons and upbeat morning flows that will make your body remember what it feels like to be fully alive.
Cancellation policy: $500 deposit is non-refundable. Full balance due July 1st. Cancellations before July 1st receive a full refund minus deposit. No refunds after July 1st.
