Day 2: Drive to Mkomazi Rhino Sanctuary + light snack. Traditional dinner & fire ceremony.
Day 3: Wildlife Safari + brunch + meditation in the savannah + transfer to Lawn Hotel, Lushoto.
Day 4: Himalayan restorative practice & Yoga Nidra + talk and practical advice. Brunch, free time, sauna, massage, pool. village and forest hike, sunset meditation and breathwork at Irente Viewpoint. Dinner & sound healing bath.
Day 5: THE FIRE WITHIN workshop for the navel center + talk and practicals. Brunch, free time , walk, massage, pool. Kriya yoga for the navel chakra yoga nidra for willpower. Sauna & cold plunge, dinner, live african healing drums from the wasambaa women.
Day 6: Asana practice, and breathwork. Hike into Magamba Virgin Rainforest. In the forest: HEART BLOSSOM WORKSHOP & Cosmic love Yoga Nidra + talk about the heart space. Leisure time, treatments, dinner.
Day 7: ECHOES OF WISDOM, a himalayan practice for intuition + wisdom of the self yoga nidra. Trip to Kisasa Waterfall
+ meditation, breathwork, and talk about accessing the unconscious. Hatha yoga for the throat center. Dinner, tatraka meditation.
Day 8: THE BLISS OF THE PRESENT MOMENT, final yoga practice in Lushoto + REBIRTH. transfer to Zanzibar for those continuing. Beach sunset yoga nidra and dinner.
Day 9: Earth Element Hatha Yoga, beach walk. Visit to the holy cave, yoga nidra or optional drumming class. Beach sunset yoga nidra and dinner · Zanzibari music concert.
Day 10: Water Element Vinyasa Flow, Sand bank boat trip, snorkeling the coral reef. Beach yoga flow, breathwork talk about the pranic body and infinite ocean yoga nidra. Dinner at the sultan palace.
Day 11: Air Element Himalayan Yoga, search for rare colobus monkeys in Jozani Forest, visit to the spice farm. Beach yoga flow and breathwork.
Day 12: Fire Element Kundalini Yoga and goodbye circle. Stonetown historical tour and airport transfer.
