Co-founder, Advisor, Psychologist · Research Team
Beyza works with a careful and integrative approach. She pays close attention to subtle shifts in experience and to what may remain unspoken, attuning her presence to what seems most needed in the moment. Her presence is often experienced as calm, steady, and thoughtful, supporting a sense of ease even when little active intervention is required. Beyza tends to offer space without crowding, while remaining available and responsive when support is needed, emphasizing orientation and steadiness rather than intensity.
Co-founder, Psychologist · ETI Certified Facilitator
Sezen brings psychological depth and clarity into the psychedelic space, creating a safe and thoughtfully held retreat environment grounded in professional experience. Her presence is steady, attentive, and warm. Participants often experience her as grounded and perceptive, someone who remains centered while complex inner material unfolds. She supports participants in navigating intense or vulnerable experiences with discernment and care, allowing insight and breakthrough to emerge naturally within attunement. Rather than directing the experience, she cultivates the conditions for meaningful processing and integration.
Co-founder, Psychologist · Facilitator (Affiliated)
Zeliha brings extensive experience in facilitation and group processes, combined with a strong intuitive and relational sensitivity. She has a natural ability to understand emotional and relational dynamics, often sensing what is needed before it is articulated. Her presence is warm, attentive, and quietly steady. Zeliha works with clarity and restraint, offering support that feels personal without becoming intrusive. She brings a grounded spiritual sensitivity into her facilitation, allowing depth to emerge through connection, understanding, and respectful presence rather than explanation or interpretation.
Details of this retreat
Microdosing can be a meaningful tool for developing greater emotional awareness, clarity, and personal growth when approached with intention, structure, and professional support.
Sacred Connection’s six-week coaching programme offers personalised guidance throughout your microdosing process. Together, we create a protocol that fits your intentions, circumstances, and responses along the way. Regular check-ins provide space to reflect on what you are noticing, make adjustments where appropriate, and connect emerging insights with your everyday life.
Who is this programme for?
This programme is for people who are curious about microdosing and want to explore it with professional guidance and ongoing support.
It may be relevant if you are:
Navigating stress or burnout
Seeking greater emotional clarity
Looking for a complement to your existing therapeutic or personal-development work
Exploring recurring patterns, habits, or ways of relating
Interested in microdosing but unsure how to approach it responsibly
No previous microdosing experience is required.
What is included?
The programme consists of six individual sessions over six weeks:
One 60-minute preparation session
A personalised microdosing protocol
Four 30-minute follow-up sessions
One 30-minute evaluation and integration session
Before starting, we have a short screening conversation to explore your needs, current circumstances, and whether the programme is suitable for you.
During the preparation session, we clarify your intention and develop your personal protocol. Once you begin microdosing, four check-ins allow us to follow your experience, reflect on changes, and adjust the process where needed. The final session focuses on evaluating the programme and integrating what you have learned.
Professional guidance
The programme is offered by psychologists and trained psychedelic guides from Sacred Connection.
If you have a psychiatric history or currently use medication, please contact us before starting. In some situations, an additional consultation with our affiliated psychiatrist may be advised.
