Nicole is the founder of Soul Stride Healing.
She works intuitively with horses to create a safe and grounded space where healing can unfold naturally. Her approach is guided by presence, care, and deep respect for both people and animals. She holds each experience with attention and sensitivity, allowing insight and release to arise without force.
Nicole is a qualified Reflexologist, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Remedial Massage Therapist and Life Coach

Schedule
Each day starts with its own unique schedule. Some mornings start early with a sunrise walk to take in the breathtaking views. Other mornings start off with a trail ride or private safari in search of the Big Five.
Healing sessions take place in the mornings
Afternoons are filled with groundwork and workshops with the horses
Guests are welcome to retire any time after dinner or stay up around a campfire to share their experiences of the day

Guests fly into OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, South Africa and can elect to take a further flight to the retreat, or travel by car (a 3.5 hour drive)
