Anne Harris is a licensed psilocybin facilitator, licensed clinical social worker, therapist, group facilitator, mother, and lifelong student of what it means to be human.
Anne believes that we heal in relationship—and that undoing aloneness is essential to growth. Much of what brings us to healing has been carried quietly: experiences we have survived, feelings we have learned to manage, and parts of ourselves we have had to set aside in order to keep going. Her work begins with the belief that we deserve to be met there, rather than having to navigate those places alone.
Anne brings a warm, steady, and deeply attuned presence to her work. She can stay close to what is difficult without rushing to fix it or make meaning too quickly. There is room with Anne for tears, laughter, silence, tenderness, fear, wonder, and all the things that make us human.
As a therapist, Anne has spent years working with trauma, women’s health, attachment, maternal and perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship struggles, and questions of identity and belonging. Her clinical training includes AEDP, Internal Family Systems, and other attachment- and trauma-informed approaches. She brings this experience to psilocybin work while honoring the uniqueness of each person’s inner world.
Anne does not see herself as an expert on what another person’s experience should mean. She sees herself as a companion. She trusts that people carry wisdom within them, even when they have become disconnected from it. Her role is to offer steadiness and spaciousness for clients to listen more deeply—to their bodies, emotions, histories, relationships, and the quieter knowing beneath the noise of everyday life.
For Anne, the work is not about becoming a different person or fixing what is broken.
It is about becoming more fully at home in yourself.
She feels deeply honored to accompany people through these tender, challenging, and sometimes extraordinary places—and to witness what unfolds when someone discovers they don’t have to carry it all alone.
