Who this training is for
The Practitioner. For wellness professionals, facilitators and practitioners who want to add another perspective to the work they already do. You may already work in yoga, meditation, sound healing, nutrition, bodywork or another area of wellbeing, and want to understand how Ayurvedic principles can complement your existing practice within your professional scope.
The Pivoter. For those who are in a period of transition, whether in life, career or simply in the way you want to live. Ayurveda can offer a framework for understanding your natural tendencies, energy, habits and patterns, while the training gives you space to learn, reflect and explore how this knowledge might fit into your next chapter. You don't need to arrive with a fixed plan.
No prior experience is needed. The training is open to complete beginners as well as yoga teachers, therapists and wellness practitioners. Everything is taught step by step, from the basics through to hands-on practice. The April cohort is taught in English.
