About this Retreat
Noelle (also known as NoNo) is an ALL-IN type of person. She lives her life that way, she teaches her classes that way and has dedicated her life to sharing her passions.
Prior to moving to Dubai and stepping into the fitness scene full-time, NoNo had an extensive career spanning over 17-years as a professional performer and dancer, working globally with world-renowned directors, producers and top-production shows. Having performed over 6,000 shows, countless events, recovering from injuries and rehabilitating after surgeries, NoNo has needed to keep her body in the best condition possible. Outside of the glitz and glam, it was in the darker moments, that NoNo discovered a deep appreciation for her body and the truth in - movement is medicine.
Noelle is a grateful student and lover of yoga. She is marvelled by the human body and this is reflected in her teaching methods. Her classes are strong and smart. She weaves information throughout each class to encourage intelligent and intentional movement. She creates a safe space to move your body, no matter where you are in your yoga practice. NoNo will guide you through a carefully curated experience to promote curiosity, connection and inspiration. She believes in the power of an active lifestyle and that taking care of yourself should be enjoyable.
She is also a dog lover and travel addict, who supports funky hair styles, eats peanut butter from the jar and enjoys getting lost in a good book!

Alison, also known as Allie is an energetic nutrition and yoga professional with an outgoing and collaborative spirit. Inspires greatness in others to create a healthy lifestyle by incorporating both aspects of nutrition and yoga. Cross-functional expertise in public health, nutrition education, and a specialization in Vinyasa Yoga principles. Allie currently manages Piloga Studio, a yoga and Pilates studio in Dubai. She has been teaching yoga for approximately 4 years, and recently has become a Lululemon Ambassador for Dubai.Details of this retreat

The retreat schedule will be perfectly curated to support you and the group. From rituals and workshops, to free time to explore the beautiful lands - there will be a balance of deep transformative work, and time to fill yourself up.
This will be more than an escape — this is a vacation and revival for your soul, an opportunity to find inspiration and a renewed sense of self, nurture your feminine radiance and embrace your mysterious and sensual nature, fully.
During our time together, we'll explore the art of renewal through tailored tantric practices and meditative methods and shared moments of reflection amidst the serene landscape.
Each day we will have a morning, and afternoon or evening workshop with Rachel.
These experiences will be active, embodied and connected.
Between rituals and workshops, we will have delicious meals, time to relax and take nature hikes and walks around the stunning property surroundings.
The full schedule will be sent to all guests prior to the retreat.

Can Vital is just outside Barcelona, nestled in the charming village of Mediona.
It is located approximately 67 kilometers (42 miles) southwest of Barcelona.
If you're driving, you can usually make the trip in about an hour, depending on how traffic's flowing.
Public transport like trains or buses might take around 1.5 to 2 hours or so.

We recommend flying to Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN).
From the airport, you have various options to reach Barcelona city center:* Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminals and can take you directly to your destination in Barcelona. The journey takes around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
*Airport Shuttle: Aerobús is a convenient shuttle service that runs between the airport and Barcelona city center. It operates frequently and stops at key locations in the city.
*Train: The RENFE train service connects the airport to Barcelona's main train stations, including Barcelona Sants and Passeig de Gràcia. The journey takes approximately 25-30 minutes.
*Metro: Barcelona Metro Line 9 Sud connects the airport to various metro stations in the city. You can transfer to other metro lines to reach your final destination.
