Accelerates My Process
I was amazed by the depth and breadth of the content offered here. Ayahuasca integration is a big subject, and this online course does a masterful job of covering it. I've been working with the medicine for 3 years now, and for a while I've been wondering if I've been in a loop of going to ceremonies but not really getting the most I can out of it. I asked my group leaders about this. They are wonderful, but they didn't have many suggestions. So I signed up for this program, and I'm glad I did. I feel it's helping me get clearer about what's happening in my ceremonies, and what I can do to anchor this in my daily life.
The program has different articles, mp3s, exercises and practices. I really like the practical nature of many of the offerings. Kerry is an engaging writer with a ton of experience, and she gets straight to the point with things like breathwork, the shadow, traditional flower baths, trauma healing. I also really like the meditation practices. Each week there's a different theme to experiment with, so I felt like I got a taste of what I can do beyond just noticing my breath, which seems to be what's usually suggested in meditation.
There's an online support group if you like that kind of thing (I didn't use it much). I did join a few of the monthly calls; they're small-scale and personal, with time to ask questions and connect with other people in a similar process. All in all, I found this course extremely helpful in my integration process, which keeps going! I will also say that it's a bargain for the current price.
