About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Huachuma / San Pedro Daytime Ceremony

We gather in the morning light, beginning our circle around 9am, opening the space together with intentions, prayer, and connection before sharing the Huachuma medicine.

Our brew is prepared with deep care and respect, slowly refined over 72 hours. The result is a clean, strong, heart-opening medicine — visionary, insightful, and profoundly healing.

Throughout the day, we remain held by the lush gardens of Kinsapacha Eco Lodge, surrounded by mountains and fresh air. You’ll have spacious time to journey inward and connect with the medicine at your own rhythm, supported by gentle offerings such as:

✨ creative and grounding activities
✨ sound baths in the dome
✨ energy work and personal support when needed
✨ quiet spaces for reflection in nature

Midway through the journey, we share a light snack to nourish the body. As the sun begins to set, we gather around the fire in the tipi for songs, storytelling, and heartfelt integration — weaving meaning from the day together as a community.

We close the ceremony around 10pm, ending with a warm, healthy vegan meal shared in gratitude.

For those who wish to rest deeply afterward, private rooms are available on-site for an additional cost.

This is a gentle yet powerful daytime container — a space to open the heart, receive clarity, reconnect with nature, and remember what truly matters.

It was a beautiful experience. The facilitators, as well as the other participants, filled the ceremony with care, goodwill and love. Highly recommended, and I will be back for another ceremony when it is the right time again.

A profound experience during which I felt held and part of the family
The day-long Wachuma ceremony I took part in with Espiral was beautiful and profound. It was my first time taking a stronger dose, and it wasn't an easy journey, but I felt very safe and held by Theo, Karina and Gary who have dedicated their lives to understanding, preparing and working with this medicine. They are extremely experienced at what they do. The ceremony takes place in a non-judgemental, healing, nurturing and creative environment—by the end I felt part of the family. Ensure at least a day of rest afterwards to recover and integrate. For me, it was physically and mentally exhausting. But two days later—my birthday—I felt light and energised. Wachuma led me to several important realisations which have brought me peace. Since then, life has felt abundant in its unfolding. Three weeks have passed and I am still feeling the glow. I am planning to sit in ceremony with Theo, Karina and Gary again soon to continue this journey and hopefully go deeper.
