What a powerful experience. I had a profound experience in many ways because Theo and Gary created a safe container for the medicine and the day: a day full of song, presence, strong energy, and the backdrop of the sacred Apus (the mountains).

They take care care in their medicine and it is evident in the way that they interact with the plants and with one another and each of the guest during the process.

I greatly appreciated the expressions of creativity that are fostered in the ceremony space from painting, to instruments, to singing. It is a way to transmute the energy and the different experiences into something healing, uplifting, and whole.

I'll start this review by letting you know a little background about me and my layers that I have endured and dealt with throughout my life. Abuse, Addiction, Depression, Shame, Guilt, Insecurity, Reckless Behaviors, Impulsive Actions, and direct/indirect carelessness for my life. There are many stories to these words that have guided me to this point, that after 2 Rehab stints which I was given a great skill set of tools to work with but, it was very difficult to navigate for two years on how to continue to use them that eventually I was still at the edge of WHY care anymore.

The reason being is I still did not know how to love myself.
Until I met Theo and Gary.

These two highly emotional and artistic intelligent gentlemen have walked life (experienced) in many ways that as soon as I met them and spoke with them I could trust their knowledge, power, artistic gifts. They are true with their intentions and emotions for helping human beings succeed.

I have been to Peru twice and plan on going back again because the amount work and effort these two put in to their craft (Vibration work, Sound work, Breath work) and plant medicine retreat. Words do not justify how special these two men are. I can with the utmost sincerity and love let you know that I would not be here today if not for these two. I am grateful to have learned, healed, and journey on.

As a side note also, the location at Kinsapacha in Sacred Valley was absolutely visually stunning in the middle of mountains and Beautiful natural nature environments scenes that left me in awe. The Yurt and Sound Dome were an amazement during ceremonies for the retreat healing process. The lodging rooms were super spacious and meals were 5 Star quality.

Thank you Theo and Gary. YOU are legends in my thoughts forever.
Let the light shine through the darkness. The energy work completed has shown me how to understand both and work with it on a daily basis. Blessed!
