About this Retreat
For years and with much love and devotion, Alex and Vera have been working with psychoactive entheogenic plants. They create spaces in which emotional work, integrative work and psycho-shamanic techniques are the focus. Intuitively and with a keen sense for the needs of the individual and the group, they accompany processes towards authentic expression.

The goal of our work is to reconnect with our origin and to get in touch with our very own ground of consciousness. This is the basis to make the unconscious parts in us conscious. In this way, old patterns, concepts, traumas in body, mind and psyche can be released and liberated. Once body, mind and psyche are finally aligned, we get back in touch with our true being. To achieve this, we use different tools, which we apply according to individual needs.
This retreat offers whale-wise Ayahuasca, San Pedro or Peyote. We decide intuitively together with the group which plant we will take in the evening.In addition, Yopo and Rapรฉ can be taken at night. During the day we offer Kambo and Bufo sessions.

Schedule
The retreat in Tenerife. Up to 4 nights are bookable. We always recommend staying at least 2 nights so that the plants can develop appropriate effects in the body and mind. In each of the 4 nights we offer Ayahuasca plant ceremonies, while the Kambo sessions are offered optionally in the morning after getting up. As a rule, we recommend attending at least 2 nights to make the most of your trip.
- On the 1st day of arrival you will get to know us, the area and the other participants. We recommend that you allow plenty of time upon arrival to prepare for the days ahead (ideally arriving between 4:00pm and 6:00pm). Until the preparation of the ceremony you can familiarize yourself with the premises. Preparations for the night begin in the evening from about 6 to 7 pm. It is recommended that you eat only light meals before the ceremony (more information to follow). During the ceremony you will be in a safe space held by us and you can fully concentrate on your inner process with the medicine. The effects of the plant medicine last for several hours and well into the night.
- On Day 2, Day 3 and Day 4, we accompany you optionally in a morning session with the frog toxin Kambo, which deeply detoxifies body and mind and prepares you for the nights ahead. Starting at noon, we integrate the experience in the group and additionally (if desired) in individual settings to deepen our inner processes. We also offer balanced meals for refreshment and you will have the opportunity to rest in the afternoon or explore the wonderful nature of the area.
-On Day 5, the last day of the retreat, you can plan to return home after the final integration session in the afternoon (usually around 2pm). Integration will continue for those participants who would like additional support in the form of follow-up integration sessions (via Zoom).

Illuminating!
Am a breath master and a curious person and it was a while since I wanted to try the Ayahuasca so that ,after lot of research,I found Vera&Alex here in my Archipelago. Life changing experience
