About this Retreat
For years and with much love and devotion, Alex and Vera have been working with psychoactive entheogenic plants. They create spaces in which emotional work, integrative work and psycho-shamanic techniques are the focus. Intuitively and with a keen sense for the needs of the individual and the group, they accompany processes towards authentic expression.

In this retreat, there will be a very small group of between 2 - 5 people. This type of retreat is particularly suitable for participants who want more intensive support and integration. The retreat is also suitable for couples or for participants who would like to have the Ayahuasca experience undisturbed in a small group.

The goal of our work is to reconnect with our origin and to get in touch with our very own ground of consciousness. This is the basis to make the unconscious parts in us conscious. In this way, old patterns, concepts, traumas in body, mind and psyche can be released and liberated. Once body, mind and psyche are finally aligned, we get back in touch with our true being. To achieve this, we use different tools, which we apply according to individual needs.

Up to 2 nights can be booked. We always recommend to stay at least 2 nights, so that the plants can develop appropriate effects in body and mind. In each of the 2 nights we offer Ayahuasca. In the morning after a ceremony night we offer Kambo Session around 9:30am (100โฌ per session). We usually recommend attending at least 2 nights to get the most benefit for everyday life.
- ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐: ๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น: On the first day you will get to know us, the area and the other participants. We recommend that you allow enough time upon arrival to prepare for the days ahead (ideally, you should arrive between 3:30pm and 6:00pm). Until the preparation of the ceremony, you can familiarize yourself with the premises. The preparations for the night will start in the evening from about 18:30 to 20:00. It is recommended that you eat only light meals before the ceremony (more information to follow). During the ceremony you will be in a safe space held by us, and you can fully concentrate on your inner process with ayahuasca. The effect of the plants lasts for several hours and well into the night. (approx. 3-6 hours of effect).
-๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐: we accompany you optionally in a morning session with the frog poison Kambo, which deeply detoxifies body and mind and prepares you for the coming nights. Starting at noon, we integrate the experience in the group from the previous night and additionally (if desired) in a one-on-one setting to deepen our inner processes. We also offer balanced meals for refreshment. In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to rest, explore the surrounding nature and prepare yourself inwardly for the night ceremony night.
- ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐: Breakfast, Integration session in the afternoon (usually around 11am), after which you can go home around 3pm. The integration can continue on request for those participants who want additional support in the form of further integration sessions (via Zoom/Skype).

Illuminating!
Am a breath master and a curious person and it was a while since I wanted to try the Ayahuasca so that ,after lot of research,I found Vera&Alex here in my Archipelago. I definitely couldnโt be luckier coz my experience was as deep as illuminating and I do think that most of the experience results depended from those splendid people and their teammates,they are so professional -friendly-safe transmitting and much more that I will probably be back in one or two months at last! Life changing experience
Since July 2023 Iโve been observing tremendous positive change in my life. From finding my true inner strength to stopping a lifetime of nail biting and picking. And I was born in the early 90s, so thatโs a long time of anxiety unleashed on oneโs nails!
