Yoga teacher and dancer, also specialized in Thai Yoga Massage and Movement Analysis, is certified by Yoga Alliance UK. Passionate about movement in its various forms, Cláudia has an early interest in travel and different cultures. She loves giving Yoga classes indoors and outdoors in bright and inspiring places. Always lived in Parede, which she considers to be a privilege for being a unique place, a village by the sea, close to the center of Lisbon and the magical Serra de Sintra. The ideal place to create Yoga classes with different people and landscapes.

In this retreat, you can give time for yourself to take care, completely relax, and live for a few days in a village of the beautiful Estoril Coast.
This is a wonderful chance to calm down, have a break from daily routine and take care of yourself.
During these days you will have the opportunity:
To feel relaxed and energized with our yoga classes that take place in a very bright and cozy studio
To feel stretched, relieved and invigorated after our Thai yoga and relaxation massage treatments
To enjoy our rooftop with a beautiful view of the sea
To get to the beach in a 5 minutes walk
Also as we are located next to Parede train station you can easily get to Lisbon city center or to Sintra magical village.

From the airport you can get the underground to Cais do Sodré, from there there\'s a train to Parede station. Then it\'s walking distance.

We are in the heart of the village of Parede, very close to the sea and next to the train station. Chic Studios building was originally a residential building from the 60s and more recently renovated with suites and studios inspired by actresses of the same period.
At the top there is a wonderful terrace, fantastic for starting the day with a yoga class.
